**Work Location: The Garden at Ellera || 12432 Bee Caves Rd, Bee Cave, TX 78738**

**Working days: Tuesday - Sunday**

**What Youll Do:**

* **Welcome guests as they sit down**

* **Interact with guests while maintaining a professional work environment**

* **Assumes 100% responsibility for their guests' experience**

* **Present drink and food menus, make specific recommendations and answer questions regarding all menu items**

* **Must adhere to order-taking guidelines**

* **Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return**

* **Attends all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement**

* **Notify Floor Manager/Bar Manager any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience**

* **Responsible for operating the bar, processing cash and credit card transactions. Properly monitor inventory efficiently**

* **Keep a neat and organized work space (i.e. no dirty glassware or empty food baskets in front of guests)**

* **Responsible for the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies**

* **Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the standard and The North End drink recipes**

* **Abide by the TABC/ABLE/TIPS and The North Ends policies concerning alcohol consumption and safety procedures to prevent over intoxication and underage selling**

* **Complete knowledge of food and bar menus, including bar batch recipes**

* **Proper setup and breakdown of machines and other bar equipment**

* **Correct labeling of produce and batches using proper day dots**

* **Wash and sterilize glassware**

* **Prepare garnishes for drinks and provide full service to patrons**

* **Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages**

* **Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to Floor Manager/Bar Manager**

**What we're looking for:**

* **Must be at least 18 years of age**

* **Previous experience preferred**

* **Experience with a POS system**

* **Basic liquor, beer, and bar terminology knowledge**

* **Understanding of beverage and Food Handling policies and procedures and current TABC/ABLE/TIPS license holder**

* **Must be able to carry at least 40 lbs.**

* **A personable individual, who has a "can do" attitude, and is willing to help the FOH and BOH teams whenever needed**

* **An individual who is guest-focused, reliable, and pleasant**

* **A self-motivated teammate that thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.**

* **Must bring positivity to all shifts**

* **Adaptable/flexible, enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction**

* **Must work well in a team environment**

* **Must be punctual and prepared for shifts**

* **Must have a reliable source of transportation to and from shifts**

* **Ability to be productive and effective in both busy and slow times**

* **Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time**

* **Must maintain high standards of personal grooming and attire, including uniforms, hair, shoes, and cleanliness**
