* Ford/Lincoln Technician Certifications are a Plus!

* Communciation Skills

* Basic Computer Skills

* Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience

* Ability to Achieve Targeted Goals

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

* Must have a Valid Driver's License
