Job Summary

Are you a motivated self-starter looking for an engaging remote role in the real estate industry? We are seeking an experienced escrow/title officer to facilitate residential and commercial real estate transactions with a high level of customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the entire real estate closing process in compliance with all instructions and requirements (i.e. lender, balancing closing, communication, title, company and written instructions).
• Understand integration points across teams to accomplish objectives.
• Impact quality, timeliness and effectiveness through work output.
• Recognize and solve atypical problems.
• Evaluate and select solutions from existing precedents/procedures.
• Communicate complex information clearly.
• Works under limited supervision, exercise time management, while meeting goals.
• Serve as a resource for less experienced team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
