SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE:
The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is fully responsible for the sourcing, recruiting, selection and hiring process at Sysco. The TAP manages a full desk recruiting approach, develops the recruiting go to market strategy and is single point of contact for the candidate, hiring manager and human resources throughout the entire process.
