Senior Human Resources Manager

Innovex is seeking to hire a Sr. HR Manager to lead the HR regional teams and business operations in Latin and South America. The position could be based in Houston, TX (Corporate) or Villahermosa, Mexico . This position will collaborate with senior leadership and in- country management and provide expert guidance and oversight on HR activities - acting as a trusted advisor at every level in LATAM to provide strategic HR guidance to support regional programs and business operations.


The Exciting Things You Will Do:

  • Partner with program leaders and in-country representatives to develop and maintain HR systems, policies, and procedures compliant with local laws and organizational standards.
  • Oversee HR operations in field offices, including recruitment, talent management, benefits administration, and legal compliance, ensuring seamless coordination with headquarters.
  • Work with cross-functional teams globally to ensure contractual, financial, and legal compliance in local offices while managing recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to identify and address short and long-term HR needs, providing ongoing feedback on HR processes and organizational policies.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and leadership development, fostering continuous growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, including conducting routine audits to uphold high-quality HR practices.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Latin America employment law.
  • Complete understanding and familiarity with human resource management software and tools like application tracking systems, payroll management systems, and talent acquisition tools.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese preferred), with professional proficiency in oral, reading, and writing skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to organizational values, along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential matters discreetly.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience (Experience supporting Latin America business operations strongly preferred).
  • Certified HR professional with a specialization in human resources or people management preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel throughout the region as needed.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems is a plus.
