The KPRC Creative Services Director is responsible for all creative efforts while aligning creative execution with brand strategy for all platforms. The goal is to blend both traditional and modern marketing approaches for audience development using all available tools and platforms. Very simply, the Creative Services Director is accountable for developing and executing strategic and tactical plans in collaboration with the station General Manager, News Department, Sales Team, Promotions Team, and Local Programming from the conceptual phase through actual implementation. We are looking for a Creative Services Director to develop, mentor, and inspire their team while fostering a fun, energetic, and fulfilling work environment.
