Create and enhance an effective collection process for patient and guarantor information while establishing an operations plan that ensures compliance with all Federal and State laws governing patient access. Provide leadership in developing programs that assure registration and financial counseling processes are conducted in a customer service-oriented fashion while meeting quality and productivity standards.
