Base is looking for a Residential Battery Electrician to diagnose and repair field issues, perform installations, rework installs to pass inspections, train new install crews, and inspect installs for quality control for Base's battery fleet in Houston.

Responsibilities:

• All in-field activities inclusive of the following:
  • Performing battery storage installations
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing field failures
  • Inspection failure repairs
  • Onboarding and facilitating training of new installer crews
• Meeting with inspectors and AHJs
  • Sit for inspections
• Understand Base hardware, general electrical principles, NEC Codes
• Respond to on-call duties for emergent electrical issues during nights and weekends on a scheduled, rotational basis

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience required
• Master Electrician or Journeyman license
• Experience with battery back up systems, EV Chargers, or whole home generators
