You'll ensure each guest receives world-class service by managing all aspects of our food and beverage department, including our incredible staff. Responsibilities
•Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement
•Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members
•Write and implement departmental operation schedules
•Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel's food and beverage department including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule
•Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures
Qualifications
•High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience - higher education in hospitality or hospitality management is a plus
•Displays strong leadership qualities and an emphasis on customer satisfaction
•At least 3 years in a supervisory role in the food and beverage department
•Must have a food handling license
•Deep knowledge of culinary trends in the industry and a strong understanding of portion and plating standards
