SUMMARY
Provide technical training, sales training to the team members assigned to their team. Will perform the work of a service professional as necessary in order to grow the team, and meet schedule or customer requirements. Operations/ branch manager will provide additional training as required for the team lead role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assignedProvide technical leadership to service professionals in the performance of their normal job duties. Provide technical guidance and trouble shooting to service professionals to ensure all work performed meets company and customer quality standards.
Assist the Inventory Manager in reviewing the daily material list for stock replacement and preparation for future work. Provide positive control of the service professionals requests for supplies and equipment.
Ensure service professionals are trained in all aspects of their job functions. Work with Operations/Branch Manager to schedule employees for periodic training to ensure team development.
Work with Operations/Branch Manager to review and approve the daily work schedule for service professionals. Assist the dispatch function to ensure efficiency in daily routing.
Evaluate technical performance level of assigned team members on a periodic basis. Helps the Operations/Branch Manager train where improvements are needed.
Evaluate sales performance of service professionals as well as the Branch as a whole. Train on the Mr. Electric system as well as new sales techniques.
Ensure customer satisfaction and work with customers when there is a concern. Handle warranty calls of your team in the event the original service professional is not able to return to fix the issue. Train service professionals on the proper way to handle situations when customers have a concern.
This position is about how well you help your teams KPI (Key Performance Indicators) including the overall attitude of your team, therefore you will be evaluated on a quarterly basis to verify you still qualify for this position.
Support as required to other company managers.
Must attend ALL Training & Sales Meetings requested by the Company.

The Team Leaders position requires overseeing of operations 7 days a week and may receive calls for support during off hours. The Team Leader is in the on-call rotation with his team members and may be needed to help his team on calls after hours, weekends and or holidays in addition to his on-call schedule.
