Greet guests and welcome them in a friendly manner Account for all valet keys and perform daily audits Monitor the property management system and direct personnel as needed Obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies. Keep bank secure at all times Access all function of computer system according to established procedures and standards Set up workstation with necessary supplies; maintain cleanliness throughout shift Answer department telephone within three rings, using correct greeting and telephone etiquette according to Forbes and AAA standards Adhere to all cashiering procedures Qualifications Aspire to our values of being passionate, strive for excellence, remain relevant, collaborate and act with honor and integrity. 1 year of customer service experience Previous cashiering experience.
