Responsible for creating and maintaining the data within the Kinder Morgan Pipeline Open Data Standard (KM PODS) ESRI Geodatabase. The accuracy and integrity of the KM PODS geodatabase is upheld via adding new data, maintaining existing data, running daily quality checks, following KM PODS business process workflows, and working from the KM PODS procedures and technical guides. This role may work directly with, but not limited to, the following groups within Kinder Morgan: Compliance Systems, Risk Engineering, Drafting, Codes and Standards, ILI Integrity, Construction Management and Field Operations. Essential duties and responsibilities:As-built pipelines from new construction and maintenance field activities. Utilize data maintenance / as-builting applications to review, edit and approve data within a versioned ESRI geodatabase. Work from multiple electronic and hard copy engineering, field survey, inspection, and other approved source documents for as-built data capture.
