Join to apply for the Training Specialist - Control Center role at Energy Transfer.

Partnering with the CRM Team, OQ/Tech Training, and the Control Center Operations, the training specialist will design, develop, deliver, and record training for Crude, Butane, NGL, Refined Product, and Gas Pipeline Controllers. This individual is responsible for Operational Excellence training, CRM training, and New Employee orientation.

1. Coordinate and instruct DOT courses to secure regulatory compliance.
2. Evaluate the knowledge and performance of the Controller during OQ efforts.
3. Provide specialized/focused training to Controllers on various components of pipeline operations.
4. Collaborate with Control Center Ops, CRM Compliance, OQ/Tech Training, and other stakeholders to record (and report on) training completion and qualification achievement.
5. Match training needs with available solutions, collaborating with CC Ops, HES, and OQ/Tech Training.
6. Identify and improve on deficiencies in the Training Program and its execution.
7. Develop curriculum, training materials, activities, desk top drills, job aids, manuals, and tests for operations and regulatory/compliance training programs.
8. Support CRM with internal/external inspections and audits.
9. Capture, share, and document Lessons Learned.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree required (preferably in an education/training/HR/technical related field) or additional equivalent experience.

Experience: 6+ years working in a control center. Previous experience teaching/coaching/presenting required (preferably in a technical field). Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with an emphasis on attention to detail.
