This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll and Bookkeeping at Nova Insulation Inc., located in Houston, TX 77091. Will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll administration and management. Daily tasks include processing payroll, managing garnishments and payroll taxes, and administering employee benefits. The role also involves ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and maintaining accurate payroll records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management
• Experience with Garnishments and Payroll Taxes
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and management
• Proficiency in payroll software such as QuickBooks and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus
• Must have experience using Excel
