What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead 4 to 5 teams in developing high-level strategies for clients and ensuring successful media execution
- Deliver exemplary client service, maintaining strong working relationships and managing account financials
- Generate and edit a variety of written materials, including press releases, pitches, and award submissions
- Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development
- Engage in new business development, identifying targets and participating in the pitch process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 7 years of experience in a PR agency
- Strong academic background with a good degree and A-level results, particularly in English and/or Business
- Core consumer brand PR experience with knowledge of corporate PR and crisis management
- Excellent publicity skills with a strong understanding of media and editorial requirements
- Superior communication, organizational, and time management skills
