Strategic Business Development Director

The role will focus on developing Wellstream Processing business with global energy production / oil & gas operator and EPC companies to enable opportunities for project deliveries and services through all of WSP locations globally, dependent on the location of the operations managed by these companies.

Be strategically responsible to follow up with these global companies based on NAM (mainly Houston), establish prioritization regarding which of the companies are the best opportunities for WSP, and develop and drive execution of business development strategies for the prioritized customer.

Develop relationships with key stakeholders in these major companies including general management, global supply chain leadership, technical leadership, and representatives for field developments and operating assets.

Sell in WSP on AVL and early phase / Front-End studies to position NOV for securing projects and services following these early phase activities.

Identify opportunities for joint innovation and technology programs between WSP and global majors.

Enable WSP to execute innovative activities to add value to these operators for projects and services.

Be a bridge between NOV operations/brownfield/supply chain management and these global companies to identify WSP priorities in terms of organization set-up globally. Develop partnerships with other local NAM companies that may benefit WSP positions in projects and services globally and in NAM markets.

Be safety conscious and report any safety hazards to the HSE representative.

Responsible for and have the authority to maintain and promote a safe working environment in accordance with the appropriate HSE procedure(s).

Participate in actions which promote a safety and quality culture within NOV.

Comply with all NOV Company and Quality, Health Safety Environmental policies & procedures.

Ensure compliance with the company's overall objectives.

Other duties as assigned by Manager.
