Position Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional technical projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align project deliverables with business objectives.
• Monitor timelines, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure successful project outcomes.
  

Team & Resource Management

• Supervise technical staff, supporting recruitment, development, and performance management.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, systems, and technologies to improve team efficiency and capabilities.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Develop and refine processes to enhance productivity, quality, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead technical audits or evaluations as needed.
  

Prerequisites

• 7+ years of experience in a technical leadership or management role.
• Strong background in systems, engineering, IT, or related technical fields.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex technical projects.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
