Job Details

Responsible for identifying, and controlling company liability and associated costs for landfill gas collection and control system (GCCS) operations, and optimizing WM GCCS capacity and development costs. This position will provide oversight of and support to Market Area Gas Operations Managers, which includes budgetary review of GCCS as well as procurement and distribution of landfill gas conveyance equipment and materials. This position will develop and implement company-wide training programs, directives, polices, and procedures related to GCCS design, construction, operations, maintenance and odor mitigation within a defined geographic area of coverage (i.e., multiple Market Areas and/or multiple Groups) and coordinate with Air Program staff on national policies/procedures and training program initiatives.
