Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Operations Manager to join our fast-paced legal team. The individual will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our legal department, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of legal services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal operations, strategic planning, client management, and team leadership. This role requires 5+ years of relevant experience in legal operations, law firm management, or a similar field.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the legal department, including budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the efficiency of legal operations, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
3. Utilize Salesforce and other technology platforms to streamline legal processes and improve data management and reporting.
4. Manage relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
5. Collaborate with other department heads to ensure the legal team's operations align with the company's overall strategy.
6. Provide leadership and direction to the legal team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in law that may affect the company's operations or legal strategy.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field. A Juris Doctor degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal operations, law firm management, or a related role.
3. Proven experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software.
4. Solid understanding of legal procedures and regulations, as well as corporate governance issues.
5. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
6. Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
7. Exceptional client management skills with a focus on delivering excellent client service.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change.
