Job purpose
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, both by phone and in person. This role is responsible for answering a multi-line phone system, managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, and assisting customers and internal personnel who contact or visit the Houston office. In addition to front desk duties, the Receptionist will also provide general administrative support when needed, including data entry, preparing documents, and other clerical tasks.
