We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Legal Marketing to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and shape the marketing strategy for our firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that will drive brand awareness, increase client engagement, and promote business growth. This role will offer the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the legal industry are key.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the firm's business objectives, enhances brand awareness, and drives business growth.
2. Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content across multiple platforms, including the firm's website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
3. Utilize data tracking tools to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making necessary adjustments to optimize conversion rates.
4. Implement automation tools to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
5. Lead the development and execution of digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the legal industry.
3. Proven experience in content creation, content marketing, tracking, conversion rate optimization, automation, and digital campaigns.
4. Strong understanding of the legal industry and the specific marketing needs of a legal firm.
5. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and translate it into actionable strategies.
8. Proficiency in using marketing software and digital tools, including CRM systems, data analytics tools, and content management systems.
