Apartment Porter

Kingwood Lakes is a fully renovated community of 390 apartment homes located in the beautifully wooded Kingwood Lakes neighborhood in Northeast Houston. We are situated on Kingwood Drive directly across from Kingwood High School. We are just minutes from Lake Houston, and the Humble and Atascocita areas as well.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities of the Apartment Porter:

• Maintain Cleanliness: Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in common areas including hallways, lobbies, and recreational areas.
• Trash Removal: Collect and dispose of trash from designated areas ensuring proper disposal methods are followed.
• Groundskeeping: Keep outdoor areas clean and tidy by removing litter, watering plants, and ensuring sidewalks and pathways are clear of debris.
• Light Maintenance: Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, and reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist Residents: Provide assistance to residents by helping with moving furniture, carrying packages, and addressing any concerns or inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Safety and Security: Monitor the premises for any safety hazards or security concerns and report any incidents or suspicious activities to management.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
