We are currently on the hunt for a seasoned Oil & Gas Transactional Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.
This is a permanent, full-time position servicing land departments for large oil companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transactions and land departments in general. You should be skilled in redlining, closings, monitoring transactions, thinking through indemnities, and more.

You should be skilled in redlining, closings, monitoring transactions, thinking through indemnities, and more.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an oil and gas transactional attorney
- Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating energy-related agreements, including purchase agreements, sale agreements, joint operating agreements, assignments, and more.
- Ability to hit the ground running from day 1 with very little supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- A deep understanding of the energy industry, including trends, challenges, and regulatory environment.
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and upholding the integrity of the legal profession.
