We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Permanent Manager for Azure Solutions Architecture to join our Tech Services team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage a team of talented Solution Architects while driving the design and implementation of complex Azure solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of architectural blueprints, guiding the team on best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Solutions Architecture, Windows Server, Terraform, and Azure Resource Manager.

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Solution Architects, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee the design and implementation of complex Azure solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and architectural standards.
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and roadmaps, guiding the team on best practices for Azure solutions.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams, to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions, adhering to best practices for security, performance, and resilience.
• Monitor and manage the performance of Azure solutions, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in Azure technologies and Solutions Architecture, sharing knowledge with the team and implementing relevant innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, with a focus on Azure technologies.
• Proven experience with Windows Server, Terraform, and Azure Resource Manager.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of guiding teams to success.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement effective technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.
• Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior executives and growing cloud consumption share in large or highly strategic accounts.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Certifications in Azure Solutions Architecture or related fields would be an added advantage.
