Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Lead and evolve HR strategy across recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, policy development, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Manage benefits and compensation programs, partnering with Finance to support market competitiveness.
• Maintain HR systems, ensure data integrity, and support system enhancements for streamlined operations.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Bachelor?s degree (Master?s or HR certifications preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of employee relations, benefits administration, and employment law.
• Must have experience working in healthcare, pharmacy, supply chain, or other regulated environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
