The Enterprise Network Operations Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of the organization's data networks (LAN, WAN, Audio/ Video and wireless). Assists with network project implementation. Monitors and tests network performance and prepares related reports. Performs upgrades, troubleshoots and resolves network problems of medium complexity. Dispatches to network locations as needed. The day to day:Responds to customer incidents and requests in support of data network services. Proactively monitors and maintains data network health and performance. Implements data network solutions. Designs data network solutions. Mentors less experienced members of the team.
