Provide on-site technical support for customers producing composites via high pressure resin transfer molding (HP-RTM), liquid compression molding (LCM), and light resin transfer molding (LRTM). Assist customers in optimizing their process to run Proxxima. TM resins and, where needed, provide guidance on equipment upgrades. Provide technical insights to help guide new application developments. Provide market insights to inform and update business strategy. Develop novel technology to strengthen the portfolio of intellectual property. Train and mentor less experienced colleagues. About you Skills & Qualifications: B.
