This person plays a vital role in ensuring efficient administrative operations within our fast-paced Ambulatory Surgery Center. Responsibilities include patient check-in, data entry, reception management, document handling, and administrative support across various front and back-end business office functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized and customer-focused with prior experience in a healthcare or business office setting. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Entry & Records Management Accurately enter and update patient, vendor, and employee data in electronic systems. Review data for accuracy, ensuring HIPAA and confidentiality compliance. Organize, scan, and maintain both physical and digital records. Generate internal reports as needed. 2.
