Our client are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with approximately 2–6 years of industry experience to join their engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing turbine packages, and working in an EPC environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex industrial projects while ensuring the highest levels of safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop gas turbine packages, including electrical systems and components integration.
• Create and review single-line diagrams to ensure compliance with design standards and project requirements.
• Size electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgear, and other critical components, to support system operations effectively.
• Develop and maintain cable schedules and ensure proper routing and connectivity for all electrical systems.
• Perform load flow, fault current, and coordination studies for electrical system optimization.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget in an EPC environment.
• Prepare detailed engineering documents, including equipment specifications, data sheets, and technical reports.
• Provide technical support during construction, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the power industry.
• Expertise in gas turbines and related electrical systems design is a plus.
• Proficiency in electrical design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE, IEC).
• Experience with equipment specification and sizing, including transformers and switchgear.
• Familiarity with EPC project lifecycle, including design, procurement, and construction phases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
