Regional Vice President

A leading real estate organization is seeking a Regional Vice President to join its Multifamily Division. This individual will be responsible for optimizing performance, driving operational excellence, developing new business opportunities, and cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders including owners, landlords, tenants, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and partners.
• Provide visible, ethical leadership and promote a culture grounded in service excellence and accountability.
• Lead the development and implementation of operational policies and best practices.
• Inspire and manage large, geographically dispersed teams while fostering a culture of performance and results.
• Drive strategic initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness, continuous improvement, and growth.
• Monitor market trends and participate in long-term strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor?s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in multifamily property management, overseeing large or complex portfolios.
• Proven success in mentoring and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong operational acumen and a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to properties within the portfolio.
• Must reside in Houston, TX.
