As a Data Center Project Manager, you'll serve as the Owner's Representative, coordinating contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. You'll be the point person ensuring that the project stays on track, meets performance and quality benchmarks, and achieves operational readiness.

Oversee all phases of data center construction on behalf of the Owner
Manage external design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams
Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements
Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance
Review and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment applications
Coordinate project meetings, inspections, and site tours with stakeholders
Support commissioning, QA/QC, and operations readiness processes
Prepare and deliver regular reports on project status to internal leadership
Participate in due diligence for new site development and RFP production
Support contract negotiations and administration for construction services
5+ years of experience in construction project management
Strong working knowledge of MEP systems, project sequencing, and contract documentation
Familiarity with QA/QC, commissioning, and safety standards in mission-critical environments
Comfortable leading meetings and resolving issues across multiple stakeholders
Able to travel as needed to support construction sites
Experience in data center or mission-critical construction
Knowledge of industry standards such as Uptime Institute, ASHRAE, or TIA-942
Prior experience working with utilities, AHJs, and O&M teams
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and construction documentation tools
Familiarity with lean construction principles, BIM, or VDC workflows
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
PMP or other project management certification is a plus
Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
