Position Summary
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst plays a pivotal role in advancing Empower's mission by transforming data into actionable insights that enhance pharmaceutical manufacturing, inventory control, and operational efficiency. This role supports critical decision-making across procurement, materials management, and logistics to ensure high-quality, affordable medications reach patients faster. Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops advanced data models and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance, forecast demand, and optimize inventory across pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution operations.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with procurement, materials, supply, production, finance, and logistics teams to streamline workflows and ensure end-to-end supply chain visibility.
- Analyzes trends in material usage, supplier performance, and order patterns to drive cost saving strategies and improve reliability.
- Leads continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system insights to enhance supply chain agility.
- Manages and maintains master data related to products, suppliers, and materials within ERP systems to ensure data integrity and support compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices.

Knowledge and Skills - Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence decisions with data-driven recommendations.
- Advanced Excel, Structured Query Language, and Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing systems knowledge required; experience with Power Business Intelligence, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools strongly preferred.

Experience and Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analytics or operations within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related regulated industries, demonstrating proficiency in data analysis, demand forecasting, and supplier performance management.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business analytics, or a related discipline; Master's degree is preferred.
- Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred; Six Sigma Green Belt strongly preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
