Note to Applicants
Chinquapin is unlike any other boarding school. Serving bright, underserved students, it combines academic rigor with a deep culture of shared responsibility. At Chinquapin, students live on campus Monday-Friday. In line with the School's aim of developing community-minded leaders, students clean their own dorms, serve the wider community, and prepare for top colleges-often as the first in their families to attend. The Head of School is part of daily campus life as a front-line leader: teaching, mentoring, problem-solving, and building relationships. This is a role for someone who thrives in close community, welcomes challenges, leads by example, and believes deeply in the power of education to change lives.
Summary Job Description
