What You'll Do
Serve as a strategic partner to hospital and system leaders, translating business strategy into actionable human capital plans.
Lead people initiatives that drive culture, engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Anticipate and address workforce needs through data-informed HR solutions and proactive planning.
Collaborate across HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and Total Rewards to drive recruitment, retention, and development efforts.
Support key strategic initiatives such as clinical expansion, digital transformation, and academic partnerships through strong change management leadership.
Use workforce analytics to provide insights on turnover, engagement, and workforce trends that shape business decisions.
Partner with Employee Relations to manage workplace concerns in a fair, compliant, and forward-thinking manner.

What We're Looking For
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (required)
Masters degree (preferred)
Senior-level HR certification: SPHR or SHRM-SCP (preferred)
Demonstrated experience as a strategic HR partner supporting senior leadership in complex healthcare or similarly dynamic settings
Strong ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and lead through change
Experience using HR analytics and workforce metrics to drive insight and improvement
