Job Summary
Meneses Law is seeking a motivated, experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sourcing, screening, and hiring for various positions, able to work independently, meet recruitment targets, and contribute to our expansion efforts.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Use multiple recruiting platforms to identify and source qualified candidates.
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
- Conduct phone interviews to determine candidate fit and assess skills and availability.
- Understand job requirements and ensure candidate fit for departments.
- Maintain organized candidate records and update statuses regularly.
- Serve as the main contact for candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience.
- Meet recruitment goals and manage candidate sourcing and screening effectively.
- Handle candidate information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Perform other tasks necessary to daily operations.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing and resume screening.
- Strong understanding of recruiting platforms and job boards.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software.
- Self-motivated and independent work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Education And Experience
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Human Resources.
- 4+ years of recruitment experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation
Starting at $23/hour with potential to earn up to $65K/year, depending on experience. Benefits include work-life balance, incentives, and a positive culture.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors degree, MS Office and MacOS knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems.
- Physical ability to perform office tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with 2 Saturdays/month.
