Job Duties Lead quality assurance efforts across upstream Oil & Gas applications, ensuring robust testing coverage and high software reliability. Design, develop, and execute effective test cases for various testing types including functional, integration, performance, regression, and UAT. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and Product Owners to align testing strategies with business goals. Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Contribute to test automation initiatives and framework enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Petroleum, Geophysics, Geology, or Chemical Engineering Minimum 4 years of QA experience, preferably in upstream Oil & Gas software environments.
