TRC Companies, Inc. is recruiting for an experienced HR Director to lead and manage the North American HR compliance programs. This strategic role requires expertise in employment law, regulatory developments, and technology-enabled solutions to drive operational excellence and minimize risk. Responsibilities Design, manage, and enhance an established HR compliance program aligned with business needs and legal obligations to support company operations across all 50 US States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Monitors employment law and regulatory developments across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada; adjusts internal policies and procedures accordingly in collaboration with the HR, Legal, and Finance leadership teams. Develops ongoing legal and compliance updates to HR, Business, and Corporate leadership that is delivered electronically through the TRC Academy.
