Lead complex, multi-disciplinary and enterprise-wide projects. Establish, develop, implement, and control best practices for Community Health Choice's (Community's) Project Management Office (PMO). Ability to demonstrate expertise in project management. Adhere to the PMO methodology in order to deliver projects according to scope, plan and within budget. Manages the day-to-day tasks and activities of the plan to assure appropriate resources are assigned by departments, identify roadblocks and/or obstacles, and assure appropriate communication among team members. Routine decision making at the project level and responsible for managing internal project teams as well as working with vendors. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/ Specialized Training/ Licensure: Bachelor's degree. Four (4) years of project management experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
