Set tables, chairs, dance floors and staging according to the instructions from the Captain, Banquet Manager or the Banquet Director Provide prompt and professional service during banquet functions. Ensures that guest safety is of paramount consideration in the set-up of the room and in the arrangement and performance of all banquet set up needs Is familiar with the banquet rooms, storage areas and back of the house If appropriate, assist guests, clients and meeting planners with changes and movements Is aware of all functions and activities in the Hotel during the shift Attend to guest complaints and requests promptly and refers them to the immediate Supervisor Handle equipment with care to avoid accidents, breakages and damage Reset all of the Banquet rooms for the following day Qualifications Aspire to our values of being passionate, strive for excellence, remain relevant, collaborate and act with honor and integrity Ability to work independently 2 years previous hotel experience, ...Banquet, Houseman, Banquet Manager, Restaurant
