Responsible for directing interventions office initiatives aimed at closing the achievement gap by coordinating intervention activities within the Academics division and across central office and divisions to achieve district goals. This position provides leadership in planning, coordinating, and facilitating support for school-based intervention teams. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Manages cross-functional interventions initiatives as identified by the Interventions department. Develops and provides support including training, planning, coordination, facilitation, and resources for unit and school-based intervention teams. Works with directors, managers, coordinators, special education evaluation personnel, and other stakeholders to provide instructional and behavioral intervention systems and strategies that can prevent school failure.
