Description:

Are you a results-driven Project Manager ready to lead impactful commercial and mission-critical projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area? Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle: budgeting, bidding, contracts, scheduling, QA/QC, financials, and closeout.
  • Build and lead a high-performance team including APMs, Project Engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design partners, trade partners, and clients.
  • Drive execution against project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants—ensuring repeat business.
  • Utilize tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or equivalent platforms to ensure transparency and project control.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal growth, culture, and process excellence.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and risk mitigation throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction (data centers a plus).
  • Proven track record managing projects $5M+ in scope from pre-con to closeout.
  • Confident communicator with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong knowledge of contract documents, scopes of work, estimating, and scheduling.
  • Experience with design-build or fast-track environments preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
