Job Details

Investigates all service requests and creates work orders as needed within established deadlines. Completes minor repairs (i.e. replace missing asset covers, small debris removal, install temporary barricade, etc.) Utilizes new computer technology, i.e. iPads, tablets, and mobile applications. Performs inspections, identifies problem areas and recommends solutions. Meets with the general public, civic groups, contractors, technical professionals and businesses to respond to inquiries and resolve problems. Performs record keeping activities to maintain filing systems, reports and documentation. Prepares and submits various technical reports. WORKING CONDITIONS - This position routinely requires lifting of moderately heavy items up to 40 lbs. and/or very long periods of walking on rough surfaces on a routine basis.
