The Case Aide/ Greeter greets and assists clients in connecting with CSO or directing clients to appropriate on-site services. Duties and Responsibilities:Greet clients in a courteous manner. Assist customers with checking in and questions. Operates computer systems used to check in clients. Exercise privileged communication as related to the position and maintains expertise in the operations, functions, and scope of the department. May be trained to assist regional cashiers if needed. Performs other related duties as assigned. Contributes to and helps create a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a cooperative and amicable manner with supervisors, coworkers, subordinates, and members of the public. Work overtime as required.
