Enter new hire and data change information into Oracle HR system. Send new hire welcome emails and paperwork. Setup new hire benefits login in Oracle. Assist new hires and current employees with passports and visas. Assist with the set up and maintenance of the HR filing system. Schedule and arrange interviews. Send out forms to candidates for pre-employment drug screens and physicals. Maintain working knowledge of benefits programs to assist with minor benefits questions. Provide basic administrative and clerical support for the Human Resource department.
