Job Details

Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes to improve efficiency, yield, and product quality. Perform process simulations, material balances, and energy balances to support production improvements. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process upsets or quality issues. Monitor and analyze process data to ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards. Prepare and update process documentation, including P&IDs, SOPs, and technical reports. Support scale-up of new chemical processes from pilot plant to full production. Collaborate with production, maintenance, safety, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve sustainability. Lead or support hazard analyses (e.g., HAZOP, What-If, FMEA) and ensure implementation of safety recommendations.
