Job Details

Lead the project engineering team to successful project completion by being the technical and commercial solution leader, supporting sales and project efforts, and forecasting goals and project profitability with the Regional Leadership Team. Supervise employees, including ongoing performance management and employee development. Monitor workload, provide upper-level project management support, and negotiate with the Engineering Manager regarding resources needed to complete the project within constraints. Schedule and manage internal meetings with the project team throughout the active life of the project. Define the initial project schedule, obtain updates on execution, discuss customer change requests, and ensure any FAT punch list items are corrected and complete. Act as the focal communication point with customers: address customer concerns, set expectations regarding schedule, contractual issues, and scope of supply.
