Job Duties and Qualifications: - With general autonomy, leads and supervises the Integrated Asset Management (IAM) Commercialization staff in the evaluation and negotiation of potential oil and gas acquisitions and divestitures, analysis and approval of major capital investments, and assessment of ongoing oil and gas asset operations. - The role is responsible for: - Evaluation and assessment of oil and gas investment opportunities - Sourcing and engaging with Private Equity firms and Drilling JVs; forming LLCs; and understanding Legal, Finance and Accounting implications - Evaluation and delivery of complex external finance mechanisms and detailed execution of specific project financing - Leadership of decision and risk analysis including risk management of commodity prices through hedging recommendations and analysis - Taking the lead role in negotiation of potential oil and gas acquisitions, divestitures and major investments and also serving as key coordinator with the Law Depart...Director, Commercial, Evaluation, Contracts, Production, Project Management, Manufacturing, Business Services
