We embrace diverse perspectives and work together to achieve shared goals.* Excellence in Execution: We consistently strive for exceptional quality in all aspects of our work; to always exceed expectations and deliver outstanding results.* Adaptability and Innovation: We embrace change and continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate, remaining flexible and adaptive in a dynamic industry.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.* Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.* Communicate, manage, and work as a team player.* Ensure that team and subcontractor is fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work.* Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.* Recognize unsafe conditions or hazards, with ability to correct and comply with safety protocols.* Read and understand pool blueprints/plans thoroughly.* Confidently lay out pool according to plans, to ensure accurate measurements.* Read and understand rebar drawings and placement.* Set batter boards, and reference points for finish wall, back wall, gutters, and setback for Shotcrete.* Install stairs, benches, radius points, and recessed steps.* Operate Excavator, Skid Steer & Forklift Equipment.* Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.* Perform duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.* Walk projects daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.* Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean, safe, and organized manner.* Perform pipe pressure testing safely.* Calculate concrete, gravel and backfill.* Set and install skimmers, light niches, block anchors, dive board anchors, handrail accessories, etc.Required Qualifications:* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation* OSHA 30 Certification* Pass background and drug screening* Travel out of town, by vehicle, flying or other means of transportation* Work Weekends or extended hours if necessary* Ability to lift 50lbs* Demonstrate strong customer service skills and establish, maintain, and foster positive and effective working relationships.* Adhere to PCA Core ValuesPreferred Experience:* Pool Construction Experience* CPR Certification* CPOPhysical Requirements for Construction Foreman and Superintendent at Landmark Aquatics* Mobility and Endurance:**
