Compensation Range: $65.00/hr - $80.00/hr W2

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing innovation and business optimization team. This role is focused on delivering small to medium-sized projects across custom software development, out-of-the-box solutions, and enhancements to existing systems. The Project Manager will oversee the full SDLC, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business objectives. This position requires strong stakeholder management, executive communication skills, and the ability to work across business and IT functions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects through the full SDLC using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Assemble and manage project teams, assign responsibilities, and manage schedules.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain project plans, budgets, and financial forecasts.
  • Act as liaison between business units, IT teams, and senior executives to align scope and priorities.
  • Drive project governance, risk management, and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Support requirements gathering, system strategy, testing, training, and implementation.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members as needed.
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
  • 4+ years' relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in project management.
  • Experience managing multiple projects across the SDLC using Waterfall, Agile, or PMBOK methodologies.
  • Proven ability to define requirements, design solutions, test, train, and implement business systems under multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Ability to partner with senior stakeholders on project scope, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a project team.
Nice to Haves:
  • SAFE, Agile, or PMP certification.
  • Experience with IT governance and reporting.
  • Ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations and communications.
