We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our office by providing administrative support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Manage and organize files, both electronic and paper
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and send out correspondence and documents
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff
  • Assist with inventory management and office supply orders
  • Provide general support to visitors and employees in the office

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
